Tuolumne River 2-Day Rafting TripsUnlike most of our other river trips, the Tuolumne River is not accessible by road during the entire trip. Two-day trips give you more time in a nature-filled serene environment to enjoy the river itself, the scenery, and one night of wilderness camping in the deep canyon. In the evening, a short walk up a narrow creek is delightful. The countryside is rugged and you can almost hear the echos of long-ago gold miners.

Tuolumne River 3-Day Rafting TripsThis 3-Day trip is the ultimate in California wilderness river rafting and camping. With 2 nights of camping in the river canyon you have more time to enjoy swimmable side creeks, historic mining relics, and allow more time to shed the stresses of our modern lifestyles. Sometimes we have a full lay-over day where we don't have to take our tents down. Other times we pack up and raft down a few miles to set up our second camp. Regardless of where we are, the scenery is gorgeous.

Cherry Creek 1-Day Rafting TripsCherry Creek is considered unrunnable at high water levels. Commercial rafting begins in early-mid July when flows decrease to approximately 1100-1200 cfs. At this level, Cherry Creek is a steep, rushing torrent of non-stop Class IV-V+ Rapids. Commercial rafting continues into late summer and ends when flows decrease below approximately 800 cfs. There is no "down time" on this run; it is one class IV-V rapid after another. Our take-out is Meral's Pool, the put-in for the main Tuolumne trip, so consider spending the night in the canyon and doing 1 or 2 days on the Tolumne after Cherry Creek.
