Ohskar Picache is a web developer at CEA Agents, a web development firm specializing in impactful designs utilizing the latest technology in Web 2.0 and social networking applications. Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Ohskar is a multi-faceted guitarist especializing in Classical and Acoustic guitar. He also recieved a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology in March of 2001.
